My final Integrated Mar Comms assessment asks me do develop a new product and brand. That’s all good and well but the problem is the assessment context. Buffalo Meat.

WTF!

Seriously? Where can I go with this?

Buffalo Burgers?
Tinned Buffalo meat (think along the lines of Chop Chop Chicken or Spam)?
Buffalo Meat Pet Foods?
Buffalo Meat Jerky?

Right now, any out of the left centre/innovative ideas would be rad! Working the logo and packaging design is no problem. It’s more the product at the moment.
